Q: How do you guarantee the work that you do?

1.) Our No Fix – No Pay guarantee assures you that if we can’t find the problem you don’t pay a dime.  If we are unable to diagnose your problem there will be no charge for the service call.

2.) Our on-time guarantee assures you that we will be to your appointment on time or else we will give you a service credit on your final bill for the amount of time between the scheduled appointment and our actual arrival.

3.) Our services are guaranteed that when we are done with the work we were called in to perform that your problems will be corrected or else you don’t pay.

If the problem was related to spyware or other malicious programs, we will certify that the virus or spyware has been removed from the computer at the end of our appointment.

As part of our best care consultations we will also explain how to avoid these types of programs in the future and provide solutions such as the proper anti-virus software for your computer. However, we have no control over what you may download from the Internet, so we cannot promise that you will remain free from viruses and spyware after we leave.
